HDSR-WN SERIES MVR VAPOR COMPRESSOR
Vapor compressor is also called MVR steam compressor, vapor return compressor, vapor return booster, vapor return roots blower.
HDSR-WN series steam compressor (SS304, SS316L, SS2205 ) is the core component of MVR system and improve the enthalpy of the secondary steam by compression of the secondary steam.
Through accurate calculation, accurate balance of investment and output ratio, our company design can obtain the reasonable processing capacity in evaporation system, fully utilize the function of the equipment, and achieve the best cost performance.
Main Features：
1. Adopt the most advanced aerodynamic design platform and CNC machining equipments, to achieve high accuracy, long service life, and easy maintenance;
2. Adopt SS304, SS316L, SS2205 material with mechanical sealing, to achieve ZERO leakage, anti-corrosion, high efficiency and energy saving;
3. Compressor body is isolated from the atmospheric environment to avoid dust, droplets and fibers going into the transported steam.
4. Compressed steam is isolated from the oil tank to avoid the secondary pollution from the lubricating oil.
